MOVE! It could SAVE your life.

Last year I read an article that many people survive the impact of a plane crash but they die from smoke inhalation. They are so shocked that they forget to MOVE and get to safety. The people who aren’t killed on impact and make it out do so because they unbuckle and get out of danger.

There are many moments where waiting is worth it but in life-or-death situations, you have to move.

If a car is coming at you full speed, if bullets are flying in your direction, or if a knife is being plunged toward you—moving when threatened will save your life. As you reflect on your own life, remember that in any threatening situation, after the shock has left, MOVE!
